Klauder & Company worked with Udelhoven Oilfield System Services to provide architectural design and construction administration services for the construction of a new site for the company’s facilities. The process began by completing a master plan for the 14 acre greenfield site, after which the project was divided into three phases. Phase I involved preparing the site for future developments, and the construction of an administrative office / warehouse building. As this first building was to be the front façade of the complex, it was carefully designed to marry an efficient layout with an attractive appearance, and close care was paid to the landscaping around the building.
Phase II of the development involved the construction of an 11,000 SF metal fabrication shop with specialty hydraulic aircraft hangar doors and a 40 ton bridge crane. Phase III was the construction of two carports.
